The Louisiana rockers are set for the release of their second full-length album

Louisiana quartet Inside Voices have dropped new single and music video, "Grounding".

Taking influence from bands such as Delta Sleep, Dikembe and Carly Cosgrove, the latest output combines mathy riffs, introspective emo tones & deft injections of melody.

The track is taken from Inside Voices' upcoming sophomore full-length, If It Matters, out January 10th, 2025.

Debut full-length Consecutive Normal Songs saw the light of day in 2018 and gave an early indicator as to the Northeast Louisiana crew's intentions. A raw, emotive rookie offering with punk tendencies perforating Inside Voices' smooth hooks.

Lockdown busting Liminal Space followed up three years later. The EP showcased a creative spark and indeed a vulnerability befitting of a collection crafted during the 21st century’s most worrisome time.

Consistent shows and short tours have bolstered Inside Voices' stock across Louisiana and the South; the band's high energy offers the perfect foil for their intense riffs and contemplative lyricism.

Following on from October's "Way Back To Myself", the band have unveiled "Grounding", the second single from their upcoming sophomore full-length album.

"The track’s guitars move with florid ease, ebbing and flowing in a deft dance around the dextrous rhythm section and understated vocal melodies." - Under The Radar Magazine

If It Matters is a record culminating a decade of growth and "Grounding" is the perfect prelude. Mathy riffs and glistening melodies take center stage. But it's the band's fluidity and deft cohesion that bring their stellar songwriting to life as they seamlessly juxtapose weighty alt rock tones and intricate indie intonations.

If It Matters is out January 10th, 2025.
