The Mizzerables are back with new music and a positive message, as they prepare to release three singles and perform at FEST 22 after a challenging few years for frontman Joe Mizzi.

Since 2013, The Mizzerables have been energizing the punk rock scene with their catchy hooks and bold sound. Inspired by bands like Green Day and Alkaline Trio, they’ve released three albums and a single, captivating fans with their gritty, vocal-driven style.

Frontman Joe Mizzi has faced tough times recently, including discovering he has a genetic disorder related to cystic fibrosis. After undergoing surgery and going through two years of IVF, Joe and his wife are excitedly expecting their first child. These personal challenges have shaped the band’s new songs, bringing deep emotion and honesty to their upcoming releases.

As The Mizzerables prepare to hit the stage at FEST 22 in Gainesville, Florida, this October, they are ready to share a message of hope. They want to connect with anyone who has felt lost or is searching for light in dark times. With new music on the way, the band aims to inspire listeners with their powerful lyrics and energetic performances.

The new singles were recorded at Third Class Studios in Traverse City, Michigan, with Brian Chamberlain handling the engineering, mixing, and mastering. The band also worked with Kevin Sierzega, known for his work with Teen Idols and P.T.'s Revenge, who contributed additional vocals. The striking artwork for their releases was created by Anderson Mets.

Fans of The Mizzerables have been eagerly waiting for new music. It’s been over five years since their last release, “Whatever… This Sucks,” which came out in 2019. Now, the trio is set to launch three new singles in the next few weeks. The first single, “Radioactive Me,” officially drops tomorrow, but fans get an exciting sneak peek today!

With their new music and performances, The Mizzerables are back and ready to rock, bringing energy and positivity to punk rock fans everywhere.
