Crooked Teeth unveils their emotionally raw new single “ONE WEEK OFF” alongside a music video and a West Coast headline tour kicking off in February 2025.

Crooked Teeth, the genre-blurring alternative rock band known for its mix of melodic hooks and raw emotion, is stepping into a new era. The band has officially welcomed bassist and co-vocalist Livi Dillon, a seasoned musician with past experience touring alongside Emarosa. To mark this milestone, they have released their latest single, "ONE WEEK OFF," now available on all streaming platforms.

The song is a deeply personal exploration of depression and the struggles of navigating life without medication. It carries an unfiltered honesty that sets it apart from the band’s past work. "ONE WEEK OFF" was co-written with songwriter Nick Long, whose credits include Machine Gun Kelly and Blink-182, and produced by Shan Singh, known for his sharp production style. The track highlights the band’s ability to balance introspective storytelling with polished, yet emotionally charged instrumentation.

“I’m no stranger to vulnerability, especially in my songwriting, but ‘ONE WEEK OFF’ is the most direct and metaphor-free song I’ve ever written,” shares founding member Tyson Evans. “It feels like the start of something new for us—where catharsis is fully embraced. Having Livi join the band has only strengthened our connection to this project and brought fresh energy into everything we do.”

The band has also dropped an official music video for "ONE WEEK OFF," directed by DJay Brawner, whose past work includes videos for All Time Low, Fever 333, and Travie McCoy. The video adds a visual depth to the song’s themes, making it a compelling addition to Crooked Teeth’s catalog.

To celebrate the release, Crooked Teeth will embark on a West Coast headline tour beginning in early February 2025. Fans can expect a dynamic setlist featuring both fan favorites and the live debut of "ONE WEEK OFF."

Originally from Santa Cruz and now based between San Francisco and Los Angeles, Crooked Teeth has built a reputation for high-energy performances and emotionally charged songwriting. With the addition of Dillon on bass and co-vocals, alongside longtime drummer Jason Haze and auxiliary guitarist Jay Pigot, the band’s sound continues to evolve, offering a layered and compelling take on modern alternative rock.

Crooked Teeth’s ability to merge pop-punk, emo, and alternative influences into something fresh makes them a standout in the scene. "ONE WEEK OFF" is a bold step forward—both musically and emotionally—showcasing a band that is unafraid to be completely honest in its art.
