Unpacking the story behind the new song, Kovacs shares: "When I wrote "Faith", I must have foreshadowed a very dark period in my life. The moments where everything is falling apart, everything that can go wrong does, and there’s not much to keep you from going under mentally. "Faith" is a symbol for the choice to believe."
Kovacs continues: "To believe that God will stretch out his hand at the last possible moment to help. It is a choice to believe that things will sort themselves out but you have to grit your teeth and get on with it. It’s these adrenaline-filled surreal moments that define who we are, not what people say about you behind your back. We need Faith - to believe without proof - to have something to turn to, when the light turns away from us."
