Gabe Arosemena

My name is Gabe Arosemena, short for Gabriel Arosemena. I am a native Los Angeleno. Umm, I was a child of the 80's. I grew up with You Can't Do that on Television, a seemingly subversive and anarchistic show for children, complete with mock central American firing squad executions and a laugh track. I really started to notice all the weirdness out there in the world about the age of 12, when I first heard the album Plastic Surgery Disasters, by _____________. Soon after that life moved fast in a zig - zag pattern. Quickly, I discovered artist Ed Kienholz in 1996, which launched me into art shows, poetry readings, punk bands, zines, punk bands, college, film school, shot sound on 20 short films, now starting to do documentary sound and production, and now I am here!
