The Receiving End Of Sirens Kick Off Their Tour with Circa Survive in Support of Their Debut Album Between The Heart and The Synapse Out Now on Triple Crown/East West.

New York, NY - Fresh off their first ever headlining tour, The Receiving End Of Sirens (TREOS) will be on the road with Circa Survive this summer on the Twilight Army tour. The tour begins this Friday, June 30th in Asbury Park, NJ and finishes with a hometown performance in Boston on August 14th.

TREOS has spent the past year supporting the likes of Senses Fail, Alexisonfire, and most recently Thrice, Deftones, and Atreyu as part of Taste of Chaos. All of this hard work has caused fans and media outlets to warmly embrace the Boston natives. Alternative Press devoted a page and a half spread to the band in their "100 Bands You Need To Know In 2006" issue, which says, "The band draws inspiration from emo to prog; infuse it with keyboards, electronic flourishes and rich vocal harmonies; and distill it into a captivating vision."

The bands first video, "Planning A Prison Break," made a huge impact on MTVu as it was #1 on Dean's List for three straight weeks! It even usurped the likes of Panic! At the Disco and The All-American Rejects, and prompted the network to bump the video to "Magna Cum Laude" status. Fuse also embraced the band with an array of on-air interviews, regular rotation on Steven's Untitled Rock Show, and the invitation to provide an exclusive online video tour blog chronicling their travels on Taste of Chaos. In addition, "Planning A Prison Break" was voted into the top three on Fuse's Ovenfresh. Look for their new video for "This Armistice" this summer on Fuse, MTV2, MTVu and online.
