Are you here now? is the first release from rock trio Sea Gods, formed of Jack Flint, Marty Taylor & Carl Donoghue, which was recorded at The Grand Studios in Clitheroe, Lancashire in 2022 by Joshua Haworth (of the band The Ruby Tuesdays) and mixed/mastered by Dave Draper.

The song is about the difficult times we're facing, thanks to increasing hardship, and encourages us to live life in the present to the fullest.

The upbeat nature of the song is to present the triumph of the human spirit against all odds, and for us to not be phased by negativity in an increasingly superficial world.
