The New Mexico alternative rockers are back with their first album in nearly 4 years.

Right on, Kid! are back, with a new collection of emo-laced alternative rock anthems, with hooky intonations of pop-punk adorning every turn.

Carry What You Need is a cathartic and reflective EP, with the Duke City quartet looking back on their own arc, both as people and artists, as they navigate the trials and tribulations of growing up.

Right on, Kid! have come a long way since debut EP Forever Missing Out. Follow up EP When Words are Enough would go onto garner national acclaim, hitting the Billboard Heatseekers Chart and propelling the band onto the lexicon of the pop-punk fan.

As their sonic styling developed, pacey pop-punk matured into considered, emo-laced alternative rock. This realignment jarred an extra layer of expression on 2021's debut full-length, Life is a Movie. The release would pick up acclaim from some of music and entertainment's leading tastemakers, with the band opening a Foo Fighters show, as their star continued to grow across North America and beyond.

2024 kicked off with comeback anthem "Bad Feeling" and introspective follow up "DREAM EATER!", with the two tracks headlining the commencement of the Carry What You Need cycle.

With the new collection, Right on Kid!'s welcome return meets its crescendo, as the band delivers an unbridled dose of hook-laced, emotive rock. Their heartfelt and angsty brand of modern alternative is as defined as ever. Intricate guitars, infectious melodies and introspective lyricism all coalesce as the quintet take a step back to appreciate the passage of time and the band that has helped them navigate it.
