Zeitgeist.com calls the album "absolutely fantastic." Rock and Roll Report enthuses "This EP is full on earth shaking rock'n'roll at its peak." Current Batusis coverage is featured in AMP Magazine (three page full-color interview in April issue on stands now), Classic Rock SXSW coverage ("...Batusis turned Prague into CBGB's as they blasted "Jetboy," "Trash," a crushing "Sonic Reducer" and tracks from a new, self-titled EP
"), Yahoo News, Nashville Scene, plus a fantastic video interview on Hot Topic's highly trafficked ShockHound site and a nice mention in a recent issue of MOJO Magazine.
The four tracks on Batusis are: 1. "Big Cat Stomp," 2. "What You Lack In Brains," 3. "Bury You Alive," 4. "Blues' Theme." Produced in Nashville, by Ken Coomer, the former drummer for Wilco, the EP features Enzo Penizzotto (bass) and Thommy Price (drums) - the driving rhythm section for Joan Jett and the Blackhearts.
