The Swedish indie-rock trio releases its 2nd single off of upcoming EP.

Honeymilk is an indie-rock act consisting of Marcus, Nikki and Erik. A blend between The Strokes, Ty Segall, Wilco and Velvets, the Sweden-based trio is about quality and energy alike. During their recording process, which took them only a few days to complete, the band had found numerous new ways to play around with various styles of music.

Led by Erik’s thumping drums and Nikki’s hooky guitars, their sonic rawness is beautifully topped with Marcus’ vocals that draw parallels to Julian Casablancas.

Honeymilk, returns with their second single A Scene In Between, taken from their upcoming EP Sanguine Skies.  The track is richly layered with impressive drum continuation, soaring electric guitars and a heavy kick drumbeat that comes together to create a sonic melody.

Honeymilk’s proficiency with their instruments never seems to waver.  This is distinct in their latest single that showcases well-crafted, stop/start interplay between guitar and bass against high-register vocals from Marcus. A Scene In Between is melodic and full of confined energy, and it is available for sale and download NOW.
